Standard

Managed device fee. Billed on the peak number of managed devices in your cluster during the billing period. One day managed costs the same as the full period. Optional committed device count: you pay the higher of committed or peak.

Infrastructure. Cloud clusters run on natively integrated providers (AWS, Hetzner, Linode, DigitalOcean). The provider's actual server and data transfer cost for the period plus 10% overhead is passed through on your invoice. On-prem clusters pay the device fee only.

Volume discount. From 100 managed devices, up to 20% off the subtotal. Set per account — contact us.

Costs monitoring

For clusters hosted on RemoteGenius cloud providers, the Infrastructure page of your RemoteGenius dashboard shows current and estimated monthly cost at any time, before the invoice arrives.

• Last 30 days of billable uptime, billable egress and ingress, totalled across the account and broken down per cluster.
• Per-server table for each cluster: provider, instance type, uptime in hours, ingress and egress in GB, and estimated instance cost in USD for the period.
• Estimated cost reflects instance hours; transfer overage and the 10% overhead are added on the invoice.

Billing

• Billed in whole periods from your subscription start date. No proration. Plan changes take effect at the next period.
• Invoice issued about 14 days after the period closes, due 14 days after issue.
• USD only.
• Card by default. Accounts above $1,000 per period can switch to ACH or purchase order.
• Unpaid invoices: 14-day grace period, then provisioning is paused until settled.
